Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen is a unique, relaxed dining experience.  As you enter the restaurant you are immediately drawn towards the kitchen area by the flames of the wood- fired grill as it prepares worldly flavors influenced by Spanish, French and Italian cuisine.  Fine wines hand picked by Chef Jim Noble are available, housed in an artisan crafted wrought iron wall display, and served to enhance your culinary experience.

Visually you are engulfed in inviting hues, designed to reflect old world charm, from the handcrafted bar stools, granite counter and bar tops, to the espresso, dark chocolate leather booths and mahogany patina finished tables.  There is a consistency with the feel, design and cuisine all created for a comfortable, casual dining environment.

Rooster’s is affordable, high quality cuisine with a Southern Boy’s culinary impartations.  Menu selections run from $3 – 19.  Selections are generally small portions, and include soupe a l’oignon gratinee, spit roasted natural chicken, spit roasted leg of lamb, grilled fish, grilled and seared shellfish, hand pizzas, Rooster’s wood-fired wings, charcuterie including (speck, serrano ham, salami, and coppa) grilled steak and frites, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, pastas and a plethora of local and natural vegetables.
